E-Mail
Your mail client program must not be set to "leave mail on the server". Although there is no mailbox size limit, "read" mail will be purged every 30 days and "unread and abandoned" mail will be purged every 60 days. EZPOST assumes no responsibility, implied or otherwise, for lost mail.
Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk e-mail and/or from the receiving of responses from unsolicited bulk e-mail in an e-mail address hosted by EZPOST.
Users are prohibited from sending e-mail that is illegal, terroristic in nature, threatening and/or harassing.
Users agree not to intercept or redirect e-mail intended for others.
Users agree not to maliciously send files with either corrupted data or viruses.
Users will not use impersonation or use a different name or address with the intent of misleading the receiver into believing that the sender is someone other than who they are.
FTP and Web Hosting
Web hosting fees are based on the size of the website (in megabytes) and/or the features required (such as Front Page Extensions, ASP, SSL etc). See www.ezpost.com/hosting.htm for current pricing. If a website exceeds the maximum size that it was invoiced for, it will be upgraded and the charges will be pro-rated to the expiry/renewal date.
The client must own outright (or be authorized by the rightful owner to use) any domain name being submitted for hosting and said domain name must have been legally obtained and must not violate any laws, copyrights and/or registered trade marks.
All files, including images, provided by the client and/or uploaded to the server must not violate copyrights, must be legal, must not be malicious or offensive in nature and must be virus free. Files that can be seen by the public must be suitable for family viewing (no adult or explicit material).
Anyone who knowingly uploads a virus and/or virus infected file will be responsible for the full cost of repairing and restoring the affected server or servers.
All forms, scripts, programs and/or databases provided by the client and/or uploaded to the server must be "bug free" and fully functional. Under no circumstances should any executable program or file like .exe, .com, .pl and/or .dll files be uploaded without written authorization from EZPOST. There must be no broken links or incorrect paths.
It is the responsibility of the client to maintain a backup copy of any their images, webpages and/or files, whether uploaded by the client, an agent/reseller or EZPOST.
General
PAYMENT for all accounts must be in hand on or before the start of service or, in the case or renewals, on or before the expiry date. A deposit may be required for website design and programming prior to the start of work. A website will be removed from the server if payment for hosting is past due by 30 days or more.
CANCELLATION:
Either party may cancel an annual hosting account with 30 days written notice. There may be an administrative fee deducted from any refunds if an annual account is cancelled by the client prior to the expiry date. Any refunds will be given at the sole descretion of EZPOST.
WARRANTY:
EZPOST Internet will use its best efforts to maintain connectivity to the Internet, but will not be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, for any interruptions of service, irrespective of the cause of such interruptions. It is agreed that any successful claim for liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
EZPOST hosting clients must agree to these terms and conditions.
